Located on the corner of New Regent Street and Armagh street is the connection between old and new.

Connecting New Regent Street’s heritage to modern Christchurch, this retail and apartment building is the epitome of old meets new. The design acknowledges the Spanish-mission architecture and pastel colour scheme of New Regent Street while referencing the finishes of The Piano (the adjacent music and arts centre). TARC Single Lock Standing Seam cladding features a random tray width, executed in pre-weathered brown zinc. The lustre finish of the zinc harmonises with the black-grey aluminium fascia and TARC Flatlock.
