A strong linear form, with the upper floor wrapped in TARC Tray Single Lock Standing Seam. Fluid lines from the roof to the wall cladding, taken up by the TARC flat lock soffit, defined by it's careful detailing. This provides a strong contrast to the smooth, light filled base level.

The close collaboration between TARC and Walker Architecture lead to refined details and layouts, ensuring the selected profiles and dimensions enhance the overall design of the project. Special solutions, like the use of Prefa Aluminium for the cladding of the feature walls, allowed for sharp, crisp lines and ensuring refined aesthetics while meeting all performance demands.
